Doa Selamat for Kaka Restaurant on 14th Ogos - part II

This was not another Doa Selamat for the opening of my restaurant, its just that i just recently got the pictures from my niece. The pictures that I took before are family from my hubby's side and now are my family. I purposely invited them at different timing so my restaurant would not become too crowded.

Well, i have to admit thattim not really good in writting journal of my own. Moreover, the day to day management of my new restaurant is taking its toll on me. I barely even have time for my 4 princesses, pity them. That's 1 of the reasons my blog is not really up-to-date. My eldest daughter is having her monthly test at the moment, luckily she is a good girl who is willing to study on her own. I did try my best though to check up on her study so as she knows that how busy I am, her study is still 1 of many priorities in life.

There it goes again, I have no ideas what to write. Maybe after so many years leaving school and doing business make me a bit lazy when it comes to writting and thinking. Nowadays, I always think how to get more money and to raise my 4 princesses.

1 week in action...

It's been 1 week since the opening of my restaurant. Business is okay, some of my customers did come back to try our dishes. Anyway, to my respected customers, i want to take this opportunity to convey my apologies for the problems encountered during their dine in here. I do admit, my waiters are all new so they are a bit nervous and they do lack experience. As i mentioned before, my restaurant is currently understaff so please bear with us. I can promise you all that we will try to improve our service.

So far, i have posted Nasi Goreng Kaka Special, Nasi Ayam Penyet, Nasi Lemak Ayam/Daging Rendang and Roti Kuning in this blog. In future, I will post more menu from my restaurant. You are most welcome to try the dishes at Kaka Restaurant. As for the catering, for now we are not able to provide the service due to lack of staff. But, if any customers who really want to order catering for us esp for the upcoming Hari Raya, we can only cook the food and send to the respective houses but we will not be able to provide manpower due to the reason cited above.

My restaurant finally have electricity supply today so i did some light testing. I like flowers very much that is why i put the plant there to give refreshing looks.

Introduction

I started bisnes menjual nasi katok di gerai bertempat di Jln Pasir Berakas pada penghujung tahun 2005 ketika menunggu kelahiran my 4th princesses. I used Kaka is because that is how i call my eldest daughter which is common to us Bruneians.

Seeing that it receieved good income, i opened up another branch di Batu Bersurat just dapan bangunan Letrik. Cawangan di Batu Bersurat hanya selama lebih kurang 14 bulan dimana that branch i transfered to Kg Salambigar depan Syarikat Hajma which started operation in January 2007 until now. While cawangan di Jalan Pasir Berakas terpaksa dipindah ke tempat baru atas masalah yang tidak dapat dielakkan. The new location for cawangan Lambak located di simp 432 Kg Lambak just near SYH workshop.

Finally, i manage to realise my dream by opening up my own restaurant di Unit 5, Bangunan Radin, Simp 8, Kg Rimba. Kaka Restaurant & Catering Serives is soon to be open. The delay is mainly because the building still does not has electricity supply yet so the moment there is electricity, Kaka Restaurant will start operation but mudahan jua lah it can be open before fasting month. For now, alum lagi membuat catering but planning is there so maybe after 1 or 2 mths in operation baru tah membuat catering.

I have faith in myself to open up a restaurant because my sisters and brother also have their own restaurants but i will not mentioned their restaurants names.
