Happy Birthday Wanie

On the 18th of December was my youngest princess's birthday, Syazwanie but the birthday celebration was only done on the 20th at the Empire Hotel & Country Club. Actually, it was a last minute planning, we had planned to hold the party at home with bouncer and so on but then decided to check in at the Empire Hotel for a change and also because my princesses kept asking to go swimming at Imperial Hotel in Miri. So, that was how it happened. For the birthday cake, we also decided something new, we ordered cupcakes from cits rather than ordering the usual birthday cakes. Well, not many people were invited, only the 'small' cousins were invited, the 'big' cousins were only informed so that wanie got her birthday presents (hahaha.....). We had fun at the Empire Hotel, it was a great weekend for us especially the princesses. On Sunday they even woke up early morning to go swimming. Anyway, i personally felt it was a good way to spend the holiday rather than go to Miri or KK

Syura's School Concert

Syura's school, Bright Jigsaw International School at Salambigar hold a concert at ICC on November, 19th. I know I should have posted this month ago but, ok, no more reasons. Lets proceed, Syura took part in a congo dance in her school's concert. Hehehe.... she enjoyed it so much that she even dance at home whenever we asked her to do it but only half on the dance cos she said in oerder for her to dance, she must has a boy partner...hahahaha....so much for a little kid. Well, it was a couple dance anyway and her dance partner was her classmate name Brian. She kept telling us that she likes the dance and hope to participate again next year. She even wear her costume at home! She looks so cute on the stage during the performance. Hope next year, she will participate in another school concert again. But next year she will be in a different school but I will make sure she will participate in whatever her school concert require her to do.
"look there, that's my family"....

School Holidays..

Hey peeps... Im back, I dont want to waste ur time by elaborating or explaining why I only managed to update my blog now, well, I was too lazy. I did try hard to update it but Im at loss to explain what had gotten into me that made me reluctant and too lazy to update my own blog.
Now, its holiday time, I know that I should have more time considering that I dont have to send my princesses' to school but when they are at home, they occupied more of my time than before, nevertheless, I enjoyed spending time with them. But, most of their time, they just spending time playing computer games in the internet. How time change, when I was a small kid like them, I only played games like 'batu simban', 'getah', 'belon' and other traditional games. When I was at their age, I didnt even know what a computer is...:) In fact, I was surprised how they (kaka, syasya & syura) managed to know the website for the games in the internet. The games that they are playing, even I myself dont know how to play them.
Well, I guess in the modern time nowadays, computer is a norm to all kids. The setback is, both the computers at home are always booked by them, so that is one of the many reasons why I only managed to update now. Kaka even told me to buy another computer so that she and her two sisters, syasya & syura can play computer games simultaneously. Just imagine, nearly everyday they tend to fight for the right to play computer games, from the moment they wake up until its bed time. Luckily, wanie is now only 3 years old and still dont know how to play computer games.
I do have planning to go oversea and bring my family for vacations but I am on a tight budget now. My priority now is to expand my business first and make savings. Moreover, I am not keen to go to Miri or KK during December cos most people got their bonus at this time and would have the same ideas and most importantly I hate long queues at the imigration checkpoints! So, maybe I will bring my family next year in March, if panjang umur and murah rezeki, Amin....

Im Back....:)

Hello again... Its been more than 3 weeks since I last updated my blog. I don't really know what has gotten into me. It seems that I have lost interest in my own blog. Every time I wanted to write something, I my brain got stuck, it totally went blank.
A lot of things occupied my time for the past 3 weeks. My daughters' examinations, my mother got sick, busy with running my business, to name a few, and I was soooo plain lazy to update my blog. Even while Im writing now, I had difficulty in finding the right words to express my feelings. Maybe my brain got rusty after so long...hehehe... Anyway, I would like to apologize to my readers and my customers who visited this blog for failing to update it. I dont want to promise that I will update this blog everyday but I would try to do my best. Its just that writing is not in my blood. I prefer to do other things in my spare time rather than writing.

That's it for now, I will see if I have the time and ideas to update this blog. Adios...

Finally....

Good news guys, finally the projector and the big screen are already installed at my restaurant. So, if any of you want to watch premier league games sat nite, feel free to come down at Kaka Restaurant at Rimba. Too bad, it was raining tonite, we were only able to try the projector for only 30 minutes before the downpour. So, hopefully, it will not rain tomorrow (Im praying ni inside my heart...). But, if it rain jua esok, what to do, i cannot go against the force of nature. That's why in future, I will install the roof in front of my restaurant so that the show could go on despite rain come down (provided astro still on..:), you know lah that astro won't work if its rain heavily).
Ok guys, lets us pray together it won't rain tomorrow..:)

Gerai Nasi Katok KAKA at Salambigar

I went to my stall at Salambigar last nite because I had to interview my new workers. It was quite busy when I arrived there so I had to help my workers too so as the customers did not have to wait too long for their nasi katok. I remembered when I just opened the gerai at Salambigar last 2 years, I did not have enough workers so my husband and me had to go there every day from 12 pm to 1.30 pm and also from 6 pm till 10 pm. It was so tiring yet fun cos I got to know lots of my customers. The sad thing was, we had to leave our princesses with our amah most of the time. But, when I was there last nite, I felt like different cos there are more customers who are new whom I never met before. Anyway, it was more than a year already since the last time I had to be there at my gerai due to the shortage of workers. I miss it though..:)
